The book is well written and covers interesting spots. However, how can one have a travel book without maps? Just a simple state outline with a star for the location would help. If one is not familiar with the state, a map is necessary.
President Trump's card was great--I gave it to my boyfriend for his birthday--he was 75 years old!! We all got a real kick out of it and especially since we are supporters of our President.
How about a road trip into eastern Kentucky to visit Breaks Interstate Park which is referred to as the Grand Canyon of the south? How a bout a road trip to Kingdom Come that overlooks Black Mountain, the highest point in Kentucky? No mention of Fort Harrod or Fort Boonesboro? The book was good as far as it went which wasn't much farther east than Lexington.

Great book with lots of good ideas. Lovely photographs included along with detailed descriptions of activities.
Ideal book for those interested in finding things to do while visiting Kentucky. Has good 2-4 page overviews of various destinations, with some side information that also proves helpful. Fun book for those traveling.
Makes me want to travel the whole state! And great photos too!
